Ingredients

2 tablespoons coconut oil

5-6 pounds beef short ribs

sea salt

pepper

2 cups Brother mark BBQ sauce


Directions

1. heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium to medium-high heat. 2. While the oil is heating, season the short ribs generously with salt and pepper. 3. Sear the ribs in the hot oil for 3-4 minutes per side or until browned and crisp on the outside. 4. Place the seared ribs in the slow cooker; cover with two cups of BBQ sauce, and cook on low for 8-9 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, or until the meat is falling off the bone.
