Fenberry Pie

Ingredients

2 medium Pie crust place in pan

1 pound Pork cubed

1 pound Chicken cubed

2 tablespoons Butter

6 ounces Cranberries

1 medium egg

3 tablespoons Sugar

1 teaspoon Ginger

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds crushed

1 teaspoon salt

1 pinch saffron


Directions

Lide pie pan with 1 crust. Saute port and chicken in butter until browned. Place in pie pan. Scatter cranberries over meat. Combine remaining ingredients, sprinkle over pie. Top with other pie crust, seal and vent. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
