Suggest a better descriptionPut oil in med size pot, turn on low heat. When that begins to sizzle, add fennel. Cover and let cook for 10 min.
Add onion and garlic.
Cover and cook for 3 min.
Pour in water, beans, tomato paste and black pepper.
Bring to uncovered boil on high. Once boiling, reduce heat to low.
Let cook for 15 min.
Chop fennel frans with orange zest.
To serve, garnish soup with zest mix.
