Ingredients

1 pound Italian pork sausage

1 Egg

1/2 cup Bread crumbs

1/2 cup Red pepper Diced

1/2 cup Pepperoni Finely chopped, casing removed

1/3 cup Celery Diced

1/3 cup Scallions Green part

1/8 teaspoon Garlic powder

Black pepper To taste

3 Dashes Hot sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. In large bowl combine sausage, bread crumbs and egg mix lightly. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly until well blended. Spray jelly roll sheet with Pam. Roll into 1 - 1 1/2" balls. Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until no longer pink.
