Fish Tacos In-A-Hurry

Ingredients

Tomato Salsa

2 c napa cabbage Shredded

1/4 c Mayonnaise

4 sl Avocado

4 Taco shells

8 oz Flounder fillets breaded

1/4 c Sour cream


Directions

Bake fish in the oven following package directions. Wrap taco shells in foil and heat in oven 5 minutes while fish is baking. In a bowl combine cabbage, mayonnaise and sour cream. Fill each taco shell with some cabbage mixture; top with fish, avocado and salsa. Makes 2 to 4 servings. This was good cold also if you end up with leftovers and I used shredded lettuce instead of cabbage cause that's what I had around the house, still good!!!

I chose to marinate the fish in lime juice and jalapeno clices prior to grilling it. Then I used flour tortillas to make a softer textured dish.
