Flank Steak Marinade

This is Sara's recipe and it's loosely what she uses but sometimes adds other ingredients too.

Ingredients

2 Flank steaks

2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

1/2 cup Soy sauce

3 tablespoons Lemon juice (or any acid, ie: rice vinegar or lime)

5 cloves Garlic

2 teaspoons Dry mustard or dijon if powder not available

2 tablespoons Molasses


Directions

Poke the steak with fork and place in ziploc bag. Mix together all other ingredients and add to ziploc bag. Marinate for 24hours, flipping meat once. To cook meat, place on grill and grill for 7 - 8 minutes per side (for medium rare). Slice against the grain in thin slices to serve.
