1 cup flaxseed meal

1 cup vanilla whey protein powder

.75 teaspoon Baking powder

1 tablespoon Honey

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

.5 teaspoon almond extract

.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract

1 cup Applesauce

1 cup Blueberries


Directions

whisk the eggs and yogurt together. Add the remainder of ingredients and mix together. pour 1/4 cup on skillet (medium heat) 208 calories 10 g. fat 21 g protein 8 carbs 7 fiber
