Ingredients

1 pound squid

1 cup milk

1 egg

6 basil leaves

2 cup flour

2 tsp paprika

salt to taste

black pepper to taste


Directions

Rinse and pat dry squid. Cut into rings. Mix ingredients - wet. Add squid, let it sit for 15 minutes. Mix flour and paprika. Set oil at 375 degrees. Toss squid in flour mixture. Fry 1-3 minutes.

Came out very well. Really happy with this simple recipe. Added little bit of Chile powder for bit of a kick. If had a dip to go with would be great. Thanks.
