Fruit Smoothie #2

Ingredients

3 tb Orange juice

2 tb nonfat yogurt (heaping)

1/2 banana Ripe

4 md Strawberries

Blend with a hand milkshake blender (one blade that fits down into a large glass or pitcher) until no big chunks remain. Add yogurt and OJ and blend thoroughly. Delicious and easy. You can drink it right out of the cereal bowl to minimize cleanup.
