Ingredients

2 lbs Potatoes

1 stick butter

3 Tbsp Garlic chopped

1/2-3/4 cups heavy cream

Directions

Place 2 pounds of potatoes in a pot of salter water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to simmer and cook the potatoes until fork tender, about 12-15 minutes. Remove the pan form the heat and drain. Place the potatoes back in the pot and return to the heat. Stir the potatoes constantly for 2 mites to dehydrate the potatoes. Remove the potatoes form the heat. Add 1 stick butter and Tbsp of chopped garlic. Using a hand held masher, mash the butter and garlic into the potatoes. Add heavy cream. Potatoes should be sort of lumpy. Season the potatoes with salt and white pepper.
