Gazpacho Salsa (Mf)

Ingredients

2 Vine-ripened tomatoes;

1 sm Green bell pepper; finely

2 Scallions; finely sliced

Olive oil and red wine

1 sm Yellow bell pepper; finely

2 Kirby cucumbers; finely

Salt


Directions

In a mixing bowl combine the peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and scallions and toss with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
