Gazpacho Soup

Ingredients

1 md Green Bell pepper diced

1 md Red Bell pepper diced

1 md Yellow Bell pepper diced

4 Stalks celery diced

2 Cucumbers peeled and diced

1 28-oz cn Plum tomatoes, canned chopped

6 tb Lemon juice

2 tb olive oil

3 c Cold water

1/4 c Italian parsley chopped

1/2 c Fresh basil chopped

1/2 ts Salt

1/4 ts Pepper

1 tb Tabasco sauce


Directions

I'm lazy so I used the Nutribullet to prep the celery, cakes, and peppers. Added a few pepitas as garnish and it's amazing.
