German Pancakes

Golden pan style egg dish, with lots of big bubbles while baking. Serve with maple syrup or your choice of fruit toppings.

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees Melt butter in a pre heated iron skillet (or hot pan that can be transferred into the oven), after it melted and sizzled, then pour in the batter, this t gives it a head start on cooking and on the rising capabilities. In a medium bowl, mix flour, milk, eggs and salt. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
