Ingredients

3 pounds Ground beef

2 tablespoons Olive oil

3 each Onion

5 cloves Garlic minced

1 tablespoons Thyme

2 tablespoons Black pepper

1 teaspoon Coriander

64 ounces Chicken Stock

4 28 oz cans Tomato sauce

8 cups Water

5 teaspoons Hot Sauce

8 Celery

11 Carrots

3 teaspoons Salt

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

10 Cups Cabbage

4 tablespoons Italian parsley

1 tablespoon Basil


Directions

Brown the ground beef with onions, garlic, thyme, pepper, and coriander in olive oil. Add the chicken stock, tomato sauce, salt, worcester, parsley, hot sauce, water and basil, then bring to a boil. Add carrots, celery, cabbage, and simmer 30 minutes. Adjust taste as necessary.
