Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 1/2 pounds Ground beef

3 1/2 cups canned tomatoes

1 cup celery diced

1/2 cup green pepper chopped

1/2 teaspoon celery salt

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon chili powder

1 - 8oz. package elbow macaroni cooked, rinsed, drained

chopped parsley

grated cheese


Directions

Cook meat and onion in frying pan or dutch oven. Fry, stirring frequently until browned. Remove excess fat. Break up tomatoes into small pieces. Stir tomatoes, celery, green pepper, and seasonings into fry pan. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 25 minutes. Add cooked macaroni, simmer 10 minutes longer, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and cheese. Serve.
