Directions

1. Heat oil in a pan, add onions, capsicum and garlic, cook until translucent. 2. Add paprika and caraway seeds, cook for 2 minutes. 3. Add beef, turnips, lemon rind, tomatoes, stock and salt, put into slow cooker, cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
