Ingredients

4 pounds Pork

4 pounds Chicken

16 ounces (frozen) Corn

8 ounces (frozen) Butterbeans or Lima Beans

8 ounces (frozen) sweet peas

2 28 oz. cans Crushed Tomatos

to taste Red pepper flakes and tabasco


Directions

Cook pork and chicken until it shreds easily. Pull the meat off the bones and shred. Add meat and all other ingredients to the broth. Bring t a boil and then let simmer for a couple of hours, or until it is a thick as you want.
