Delicious Apple Bundt Cake

3 cups Apple peeled and cut into medium bites
1 1/4 cups Vegetable oil
2 cups Sugar
3 Eggs
3 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cups Walnuts chopped
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Delicious, better the second day, it keeps getting moister and moister.
