Ingredients

1/4 C Vegetable oil

1/3 C Honey

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 tablespoons flour

3 C granola

1/2 C raisins or chocolate chips

dash salt


Directions

1. Set the oven at 350 degrees. Lightly grease an 8-inch square pan. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, honey, egg, and vanilla. Stir in the flour and salt. 3. Add the granola and mix well to combine. Stir in the raisins or chocolate chips, if using. 4. Spread the mixture in the prepared pan and bake for 25 -28 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Cool completely and cut into 16 squares. Store in an airtight contained for up to one week.
