Vegan Italian Sausage tasting Gravy

Ingredients

1/4 cup Water

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

1 package Meatless Crumble

1/2 gallon Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 cup All Purpose Flour

1/4 teaspoon Paprika

1/2 teaspoon Sage

1/2 teaspoon Parsley

1/2 teaspoon Thyme

1 teaspoon Onion Powder

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 1/2 tablespoon Oregano

2 teaspoon Basil

2 teaspoon Fennel Seed

2 teaspoon Black Pepper

2 teaspoon Sea Salt


Directions

Add 1/4 cup water and the package of meatless crumble. Cook on medium heat until thawed. Add oil stir for a few minutes than add 1/2 cup of flour. Stir until combined than add the almond milk. Stir and add all the dry ingredients. In a bowl remove 2 cups of the gravy and add the remaining 1/2 cup of flour. Combine the mixture and add to the pan. Cook for another 10 minutes on medium/low heat or until the gravy thicken up. Adjust salt and pepper according to your tastes.
