Greek Grape Leaf and Mint Sauce

Great condiment with Barba Yianni's Grilled Lamb

Ingredients

1/3 cup Grape leaves bottled, stems removed

3 tbsp Fresh mint chopped (or 2 tbsp dried)

1 tbsp Fresh oregano chopped (or 2 tsp dried)

2 teaspoons Garlic minced

1 teaspoon Salt

1 cup Fresh parsley chopped

1/4 cup Lemon juice fresh

2 tbs Capers chopped

1 tbs Black Pepper freshly ground

1/4 cup Green onion chopped, white and green parts

1 1/2 cup olive oil


Directions

Blend or process all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. The sauce will keep refrigerated in a closed jar for 1 to 2 weeks. Serve with the Barba lamb.
