Greek Salad

Ingredients

1 head Romaine lettuce torn

1/2 cup Black olives pitted and chopped

1 Red onion thinly sliced

1 Tomato chopped

1 Cucumber chopped

1/2 cup Feta cheese crumbled


Directions

In a large bowl, mix the lettuce, olives, red onion, tomato, cucumber and feta. To Assemble Just before serving, toss the salad with the dressing. Make it a meal: Add 4 chopped hardboiled eggs to make this a hearty protein-filled meal.
