Green Chili Enchiladas

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds Ground beef

1 1/4 cups Onion Chopped

1 tablespoon Chili powder

2 cups Monterey jack cheese Shredded

8 whole Flour tortillas

10 3/4 ounces Cream of Chicken Soup

1 1/2 cups Sour cream

4 Ounces Diced green chiles


Directions

Cook the ground beef, and sauté onions until the meat is browned. Drain the fat. Combine the chili powder, salt and pepper. Reserve one cup cheese. Spoon remaining cheese and meat mixture on each tortilla. Roll tortilla. Place seam side down in a 13 x 9 greased baking pan. Combine soup, sour cream, and green chilies and pour over tortillas. Bake uncovered in a preheated 375 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with reserved cheese the last 10minutes.
