Green Ravioli with Walnuts and Ricotta

Ingredients

8 lg Basil leaves

1 Recipe green pasta dough

Salt; pepper to taste

3/4 c Walnuts chopped

1/2 lb Mozzarella cheese grated

2 lb Ricotta cheese

1 pinch Walnut


Directions

1. Mix all ingredients 2. Roll out dough very thin n.6 in the machine 3. Fill raviolis, baste edges with egg white 4. Press to adhere. 5.
