Ingredients

1 cup Light brown sugar

2 1/2 tablespoons Paprika

2 tablespoons Kosher Salt

1 tablespoon Ground black pepper

1 tablespoon Red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon Chili powder

1 tablespoon Onion powder

1 tablespoon Garlic powder

1 tablespoon Dry mustard


Directions

Great dry rub for pork butts. Stir ingredients together in bowl. Use immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
