Grilled Moroccan Chicken

Ingredients

3 lbs skinless, about 6 breasts

1/2 cup

2 teaspoon

2 teaspoon

5-6 cloves minced

4 teaspoons

2 teaspoon

1 teaspoons

1/2 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon

1/4 teaspoon


Directions

Pound breasts with mallet between 2 pieces of parchment or wax paper until 1/2 inch thick. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl or measuring cup. Place pounded chicken breasts inside 2 gallon zip-lock bags (3 breasts per bag), press air out and seal shut. Massage marinade into the breasts until even coated. Place the bag in a bowl in the refrigerator, and let the chicken marinate for 5-6 hours or more. Preheat grill to high. Place chicken on grill, spooning marinade over top. Grill, covered, for 2-3 minutes per side.
