Ham and Egg Cups

Ingredients

8 slices ham

1/4 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

8 Egg

8 teaspoon Pesto sauce

8 Cherry tomatoes halved


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 Coat muffin cups with cooking spray. Press ham slice into muffin cup. Divide cheese among cups. Break egg into cups and sprinkle with pepper. Spoon 1 teaspoon pesto onto each egg. Topw ith tomato halves. Bake 20 minutes until set. Let stand in cups for 5 minutes before serving.
