Ingredients

1/2 cup Creole mustard

2 teaspoon Paprika

1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

1 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

1/4 cup tarragon vinegar

1 cup Olive oil

1/2 cup Green onion

1/2 cup Celery chopped

1/4 cup Fresh parsley chopped

1 teaspoon anchovy paste (optional)


Directions

Beat together Mustard and tarragon vinegar. Whisk together Paprika, Tabasco, Salt, Pepper. Whisking constantly, add olive oil in a thin slow stream. Stir in the rest. Let stand overnight.
