Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients

1 Hash Browns Large Package

1 tsp Salt

1/2 Cup Sweet Onion Chopped

1/4 tsp Pepper

1 Pint Sour Cream

2 Cups Corn Flakes crushed

1 can Cream of Chicken

1/2 Cup Butter Melted


Directions

COMBINE SOUP, SALT, PEPPER, ONIONS, AND SOUR CREAM. MIX WITH THAWED HASH BROWNS. COVER WITH CORNFLAKES, BUTTER AND CHEESE (I just layered the cheese and cornflakes and poured the butter over the top, but you could pour the butter over the cornflakes and mix then put that mixture on the top). BAKE 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES. I USUALLY USE A 9X13 CASSEROLE DISH.
