Hatch Chile Rellenos (Boom)

Ingredients

3 oz raisins chopped

2 oz pine nuts toasted

9 oz goat cheese

8 Hatch chiles (up to 10), roasted, seeded, and peeled

1 Crema Mexican for serving


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix raisins, pine nuts, and goat cheese. Stuff the Hatch chiles with the mixture and bake for 15 minutes. Drizzle warmed Crema Mexicana over the chiles and serve.
