HCH George Foreman sweet potato black bean burgers

Ingredients

(Could be in salad or on bun with “cheese”)

1 cup sweet potato mashed

1 cup black beans

1 cup cooked kamut or brown rice

1 cup INSTANT oats

2 T red onion minced

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

For salad serve with 1/2 cup kamut 1/2 cup corn, salsa, tomato and hot sauce.


Directions

Mash all ingredients with potato masher and form one quarter into firm ball. Cook on George Foreman for 12-15 minutes. Serve in a huge salad bowl with 1/2 cup cooked kamut, 1/2 cup corn, tomato, salsa and hot sauce.
