Hidden Sloppy Joe

Ingredients

2 Eggs

1 lb Ground beef

2/3 c milk

1 md Onion chopped

3 c Bisquick baking mix

2 tb Prepared mustard

3 tb Catsup

2 tb Margarine or butter


Directions

Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10" skillet until beef is brown; drain. Stir in catsup, mustard and soup. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Heat oven to 375?. Generously grease 12 cup bundt cake pan. Mix remaining ingredients; beat vigourously 30 seconds. Spread 2 cups of the batter in bottom and about 2 inches up side and center of pan. Spoon ground beef mixture evenly onto center of batter. Drop remaining batter by teaspoonfuls about 1/2 inch apart onto groung beef mixture. Bake until light brown and firm, about 25 minutes. The ingredients don't list soup but the preparation instructions do...??? Do you mean sloppy Joe sauce??

Great idea! I used Bocca Crumbles in place of hamburger and a can of Manwhich. I also used the Heart Smart Bisquick. FYI....u can use Bocca Crumbles in place of groundbeef in any recipe....very yummy and healthy! Enjoy:D
