Ingredients

3 cups powdered milk

1/2 cup Cocoa

3/4 cup Sugar

1/8 tsp. Salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Blend well. Store in airtight container. To serve: add 4 Tbsp. to mug of hot water.

I like my real hot chocolate with ordinary milk and melted chocolate and some sugar! Some chocolate grated over the top is nice!

I used powdered soy milk to make a vegan version. It was okay, next time I think I'll add more sugar.
