Homemade Protein Bars

Ingredients

2.5 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

2 each Bananas mashed

28 gram Chocolate Whey Protein

7 Tablespoon Skim milk

2 Tablespoon Almond Butter

1 Tablespoon Honey

3 each Egg Whites

1 teaspoon Cinnamon


Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Pour mixture into a 8x8 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
