Ingredients

1 Egg in addition to what box instructs

1 1/2 times Melted Butter in place of oil*** see note

Milk in place of water

2 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

If baking cupcakes, use an extra 1-2 Tbsp butter, NOT 1 1/2 times. Bake at 350 degrees for a portion of the time, but then reduce heat to 325 degrees.
