Ingredients

1 soft tortilla shell

handful fav veggies spinach, tomatoes, and zucchini

1 tbsp

1 clove minced

to taste

crumbled goat cheese


Directions

-Roast veggies, for about 20 mintues at 350 degrees F with the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. -Top your favorite type of tortilla with hummus, add the roasted veggies and some goat cheese, then bake for 10 min at 350.
