Indian Spiced Nuts

Ingredients

2 tablespoon Brown sugar

2 tablespoon Honey

1 tablespoon Canola Oil

1 tablespoon Cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon Salt optional if using salted nuts

1/2 teaspoon Ground Cardamom

1/2 teaspoon Ground cloves

dash ground pepper

3 cups Mixed nuts

1 Egg white

1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper optional


Directions

Preheat oven to 250. Mix together all the ingredients except for the nuts. Stir in the nuts until well coated. Spread nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Please in preheated oven for 45 minutes, stirring the nuts occassiionally (2 - 3 times) during the baking. Remove nuts from oven and allow to cool in pan for a few minutes. Transfer to a bowl and allow to cool completey before covering.
