Italian Beef Sandwiches

Serve with small bowl of juice to dip sandwich in and a side salad.

Ingredients

3 pound Chuck Roast

14 ounces beef broth

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

1 cup non-diet Coca-Cola

3 tablespoons Onion chopped

2 teaspoons Oregano

2 teaspoons garlic

1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1/4 cup pepperoncini juice

Hoagie Rolls

Pepperoncini sliced

Pickled Red Onions

Provolone Cheese Slices


Directions

Combine first 11 ingredients in Crock Pot. Stir. Cook on low for 8 hours. Take out roast and shred. Put strained beef on Roll, top with Provolone Cheese. Broil 3 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
