Ingredients

8 ounces Softened

2 Cups Grated

4 tablespoons Seeded & Chopped

1 Large Beaten

3 cups Plain

Directions

Mix the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, jalapeño and egg to form a paste. Shape into balls using about 1/2 tablespoon of paste for each. Roll balls in the breadcrumbs, covering completely. Place on an un-greased baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm. Dip in ranch dressing if desired.
