Ingredients

2 cup brown rice

3.5 cup water

6 tbsp pinenuts toasted

1 large bunch parsley chopped

8 stalks green onions finely chopped

1-2 whole juice of lemon

2-3 tbsp olive oil

2-3 tbsp safflower oil

pepper to taste (optional)


Directions

cook rice with water. Add lemon, oil and pine nuts when hot. cool, then add other ingredients.
