Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 bag corn tortilla chips

1/2 head romaine lettuce rinsed, dried, and chopped

4 tomatoes diced

3 cups Cheddar cheese shredded

1 onion

1 bunch Green onions

250 ml Sour cream no fat

1 can black beans

1 Avacado

1 container salsa

1 package taco seasoning


Directions

In a large skillet over medium high heat, saute the ground beef for 5 to 10 minutes, or until well browned. Add taco seasoning and a cup of water. Cook till not soggy. Crumble tortilla chips on a large plate. Layer with the beef, onion, lettuce, tomatoes, Black beans, green onions, cheese. Side topping of salsa, sour cream and chopped avacado.
