Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

1 Tablespoon brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 Tablespoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon Cayenne

1 Tablespoon Olive oil

1 Tablespoon Lime Juice

Cilantro Lime marinade

1 Tablespoon Olive oil

1 Tablespoon Lime Juice

2 teaspoons Honey

1/4 cup cilantro leaves chopped

1 clove Garlic minced

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 Tablespoon Olive oil

1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

1 teaspoon Ginger minced

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional

1 Tablespoon Olive oil

1 Tablespoon Soy sauce

2 Tablespoons Honey

1 clove Garlic minced

2 Tablespoons water add just before baking


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a heavy duty freezer bad. Add chicken breast and turn to coat. FRIDGE Marinate for 2-24 hours FREEZE Freeze immediately, Thaw in fridge overnight or by immersing in cold water for a couple of hours TO BAKE: Heat oven to 425. Bake in a shallow baking dish for 10 minutes. Flip over then bake for another 10-20 minute. For 5-7 oz chicken breasts, bake for 20 minutes total. For 10 oz and larger, bake for at least 25 minutes. Allow chicken to rest at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
