Ingredients

10 Cups Cauliflower, Riced Fresh or Frozen

2 Cups Carrots, chopped

2 Cups Purple Onions, chopped

2-3 Cups Ham, Diced (optional)

1/2 Cup Butter


Directions

Cook on extra-large griddle using lots of butter. Fry each ingredient in its own section of griddle using lots of butter. At the end, toss ingredients together lightly and serve.
