Latvian Herring Salad

Ingredients

2 Granny Smith apple, diced

4 Pickled cucumbers, diced

1 Herring in brine, soaked in

1/4 c Fresh cream

3 Hard boiled eggs, diced

1/4 c Mayonnaise

2 Onions, chopped

1 ts Curry.


Directions

Drain herring and rinse in water. Mix everything to combine. Chill.
