1 medium onion Chopped
1/2 cup oil
1.5 cups dry lentils washed
4 cups water
2.5 tsp Salt
.5 tsp red pepper seeds
1.5 tsp black pepper
2 cube beef bullion
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp oregano
1 can tomatoes diced
1 can tomato paste
1 tbsp vinegar
Pretty darn good. The flavors were interesting and it was a healthy meal for the family overall.
