Light Broccoli Quiche

Ingredients

1 Pie crust

1 cup Egg white thawed

3/4 cup Skim milk

1/4 cup light sour cream

2 tablespoons Onions finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon Thyme

9 ounce Frozen Broccoli thawed, well drained

1/2 cup Cheddar shredded

1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese shredded


Directions

1. Heat oven to 350F. Prepare pie crust as directed on package for one-crust filled pic using 9-inch pie pan. 2. In large bowl, combine egg product, milk, sour cream, onion, thyme and salt; blend well with wire whisk. 3. Layer broccoli and cheeses in pie crust-lined pan. Pour egg mixture over top. 4. Bake at 350F. for 40 to 50 min-utes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into wedges to serve.
