Ingredients

1 bag Turkey pepperoni

1 loaf Hoagie rolls cut in half

1 can (12 oz) Pizza sauce or homemade sauce, if you prefer

1 bag Mozzarella cheese grated

2 small Fresh Tomatoes diced

1 container Fresh mushrooms

1 can (12 oz) Black olives chopped

1 can (12 oz) Pineapple chunks- if desired

2 whole Jalapeno peppers canned,or fresh, chopped

2 ounces Pecorino Romano Cheese to top off pizzas

Directions

Heat oven to 350 Degrees Cook time: aprox. 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is slightly browned and the pizza is heated all the way through. Preparation: Open all canned goods and drain, set aside Dice Tomatoes and Jalapenos Cut hoagie rolls in half, length-wise Top with sauce, however much you like on your pizzas Top with your favorite toppings: Turkey peperoni, mushrooms, tomatoes, jalapenos, black olives, and pineapple,or whatever you desire. Finish by covering with your desired amount of Mozzerella cheese, followed by a pinch of pecorino romano cheese. Trust me, it makes a difference. Cover baking sheets with tin foil to save a cleaning mess later (from the baked on cheese) Place pizza''s on cookie sheet and bake until cheese is browned and bubbly , wait a few minutes before eating, because it''s hot! Enjoy!
