Whole Wheat Bread
Mix hot water, honey, whole wheat flour and gluten flour in a bowl until flour is wet. Add in yeast and mix for 15 seconds. Add in oil, lemon juice, and salt. Continue adding flour until dough forms a ball and pulls away from the side of the bowl. Knead with an electric bread mixer for 6 minutes, or by hand about 10 minutes (300 kneadings). With oil on hands and work surface, remove dough from bowl and form into two loaves. Before placing loaf in pan, fold and pound with side of fist a few times to get any air bubbles out. Form and place in a greased bread plan. Let rise until double (about 30 minutes). Bake and 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes.
