Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef uncooked

1 pound ground pork loin/sausage brown at 300 until not pink

1 whole chicken boil/debone

1 head cabbage

4 whole carrots

4 whole onions

4 cloves Fresh garlic, peeled

2 packages Lumpia wrappers


Directions

Boil Chicken. When done, pull chicken off the bone. Cook Pork Loin at 300 until no longer pink. If you use pork sausage, brown until no longer pink. Food Process all the veggies. Hand mix all ingredients and season with garlic salt, pepper and Swan Soy Sauce to taste/smell. Roll in lumpia wrappers and freeze or deep fry.
