Mango - Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients

3-4 cups Mango cubed drained

2 cups Blueberries Or omit blueberries and use 6 cups mango

1 cup flour or GF flour

1 cup sugar

2 t baking powder

pinch salt

3/4 c Milk

1/2 stick Butter


Directions

Melt butter in bottom of 9x13 pan. In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients together. Then add milk and stir until mixed. Pour batter into pan. In separate bowl, combine mango and blueberries. Lay fruit on top of crust mixture but do not stir. Crust will rise up around and through fruit as it cooks. Cook at 350 until brown on top. Serves 8.
